2009 Owyhee Canyonlands - Day 3

Another gorgeous day of riding (and me watching...) : (

Chilly and sunny, the perfect fall day!




The vet check and part of the trail was on the flats near the base of the Owyhees.

Dick and his huge and very opinionated half-mustang Rocky. Rocky wears a size 4 shoe. One rider said "There were all these little Arab footprints on the trail - then this HUGE set. The Arab feet fit inside them!"


Bruce's horse Zippy likes to play in the water troughs.
